Cancellation/Rescheduling Policy
I understand that life can get busy, and plans can change. If you need to reschedule your cleaning appointment, here’s how it works:
✔ 48-Hour Notice – To reschedule without any charges, please give at least 48 hours’ notice before your scheduled appointment.
✔ Late Rescheduling Fee – If rescheduling occurs less than 48 hours before the appointment, a $50 late fee may apply.
✔ No-Show Policy – If you miss an appointment without any notice, a no-show fee of 50% of the service cost will be charged to cover the loss of time and preparation.
This policy ensures that both you and I can manage time effectively and avoid disruptions to the schedule.
If something unexpected comes up, just let me know, and I’ll do my best to accommodate you!
Payment Policy
Payments will be required on the day of service after service is completed.
*For Commercial & Post Construction cleanings, invoices will be sent out after booking and payment due upon receipt to avoid late fees.

✔ Cash
✔ Cash app & Venmo
This policy allows for convenient, secure transactions and helps ensure that both parties are prepared for the scheduled cleaning.
