A: I offer a variety of services, including:

Q: What are your regular business hours?

A: Regular business hours are Monday-Friday 9am-6pm and Saturday 10am-3pm. However, my line of communication is always open to answer any questions or concerns outside of these business hours. Sundays will be available for scheduling upon request only as well as any time frames outside of regular business hours.

Q: Do I need to be home or present during the cleaning?

A: No, you do not have to be home or present! Many clients provide access via a key, code, lockbox, or stick around to allow me in. Whatever works for you, arrangements for entry will just need to be made. However, no worries if you happen to be home during the cleaning or need to leave as well.

 

Q:  Do you bring your own cleaning supplies?

A: Yes! I bring high-quality, eco-friendly cleaning products and power efficient equipment. If you have specific products and/or equipment you'd like me to use, just let me know. ​

Q:  I have real hardwood floors; do you know how to clean them properly?

A: Yes, I use a professional grade steam mop to provide the gentlest care with the best clean for your hardwood floors. Complimentary essential oils that can be added to the steam mop, are safe for your floors as well and will not leave any kind of film.

Q: How long does a cleaning session take?

A: The duration significantly depends on the size, condition of the space, type of cleaning, and if there are any add-ons services. Cleanings can last anywhere from 2-8 hours. I am very diligent and precise which requires taking my time.

A: Pricing varies based on the size of the home/space and the type of cleaning needed. Contact me for a free quote!

 

Q: How do I book a cleaning appointment?

A: After our quoting call and an estimate is provided, you can schedule a cleaning directly with me via phone (206-375-8984) or email (mypristinecleanco@gmail.com).

 

Q: What is your cancellation policy?

A: I require at least a 24-hour notice for cancellations or rescheduling. Last-minute cancellations may be subject to a fee. You may also refer to the Policy page for more information. 

 

Q; Do you offer recurring cleaning discounts?

A: Yes! I offer a variety of discounts for new and returning clients. As long as you are a client here at Pristine Clean Co. you will never pay full price! Please refer to the Pricing page for more information.

 

Q: Do you clean pet-friendly homes?

A: Absolutely! I love pets. However, if your pet is anxious around new people, please secure them during the cleaning, I want them to feel safe and comfortable. I love to bring treats so let me know what they like!

 

Q: What happens if something gets damaged during cleaning?

A: I take great care in handling your space and belongings. If an accident occurs, I will notify you immediately and work to resolve the issue through a simple solution or insurance.

 

Q: Do you offer same-day or emergency cleaning services?

A: Yes, if my schedule allows. Contact me as soon as possible for availability. Same day/emergency cleanings may incur additional fees due to the urgency and scheduling challenges. 

 

Q: Can I request a specific cleaning task?

A: Of course! Just let me know of any specific requests during our quoting call and I'll do my best to accommodate your needs. Also, if you decide on the day of the cleaning or even during the cleaning, that you'd like to include an add-on to your service, I can accommodate that as well!
